2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Students who wish to withdraw from a course must notify the IntelliCademy by emailing registrar@intellicademy.ai at least 72 hours prior to the course start date to be eligible for refund consideration. Please contact us for more information regarding our cancellation and refund policy.
3. Course Access and Conduct

- For virtual courses, access credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred.

- You are responsible for ensuring your computer and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for participating in virtual training.

- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior in any course (virtual or in person) may result in removal without refund.
4. Intellectual Property

- All course materials, presentations, and recordings are the intellectual property of IntelliGenesis, LLC or its partners and are protected by copyright laws.

- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the course content without written permission.

12. Course Attendance Policy
Due to the accelerated nature of instructor-led offerings, students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility to receive a Course Certificate of Completion. For asynchronous courses, students will be granted a maximum course material access time of sixty (60) days from the original course access-granting date. Failure to complete asynchronous courses within sixty (60) days may result in ineligibility to receive a Course Certificate of Completion.
