An appeal is a request by an applicant, candidate or certified person for reconsideration of any adverse decision made by the certification body related to her/his desired certification status.

Appeals Policy

We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent certification process. If you wish to appeal a decision, you may do so by following the procedure outlined below.

How to Submit an Appeal:

To initiate an appeal, you must download and complete the official Appeals Form. Once completed, submit the form via email to the Registrar at: registrar@intellicademy.ai. Your appeal must include the following required information:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Submission
  • Date of the Exam
  • Candidate ID
  • Name of the Examination
  • Item Number (optional)
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Signature
  • A clear statement outlining the basis of the appeal

Appeals Process:

  • Upon receipt of your appeal, an acknowledgment will be sent to you within three (3) business days.
  • Your appeal will be brought forth to the Certification Advisory Board for formal review.
  • You will receive a response regarding your appeal within two (2) weeks from the date of submission.

Outcome of the Appeal:

  • The appeals process will conclude with one of the following decisions:

    • Accepted – The appeal is granted, and a remedy will be specified and communicated to the appellant.
    • Rejected – The appeal is denied. The response will include a clear explanation and outline any further options available to the appellant.
    • Request for Additional Information – If further details are needed, you will receive a request specifying the required information and a date for rehearing the appeal.

All appellants will receive a formal notice at the end of the appeals-handling process. We encourage all appellants to provide complete and accurate information to ensure a timely and fair review. Thank you for taking the time to document your concerns through this formal process.
