All candidates seeking IntelliGenesis LLC’s, operator and owner of the IntelliCademy service,
AI/ML Specialist certification (“Certification”) must sign the following Candidate Application
Statement (“Application”) and agree to all policies, procedures, and terms and conditions to be
eligible for certification.
By evidence of my signature below, I understand, acknowledge and agree that:
My Application for Certification as an AI/ML Specialist depends on my ability to meet all
requirements and qualifications. I certify that the information contained in my Application is true,
complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and is made in good faith. I understand that
IntelliGenesis LLC may need to gather additional information to clarify or supplement my
Application, and I agree to supply it. I further understand that if any information is later determined
to be false, IntelliGenesis LLC reserves the right to revoke any certification that has been granted
on the basis thereof.
Should I be awarded the AI/ML Specialist Certificate, I hereby affirm that I will abide
by the Code of Professional Conduct (as provided separately), and will conduct myself with
integrity, professionalism, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards. I further agree
to notify IntelliGenesis LLC if at any time I develop the incapacity to perform my professional
responsibilities.
In using the AI/ML Specialist designation and the logo, I will abide by the restrictions
and conventions stated in the handbook (as provided separately) and not misrepresent my
Certification status or scope. If notified of misuse by IntelliGenesis LLC, I will immediately
correct my use of the designation and logo as requested by IntelliGenesis LLC. Should
IntelliGenesis LLC suspend or revoke my Certification at any time, or if it expires, I will
immediately discontinue use of the logo or marks of Certification until my suspension is lifted
and/or I have been reinstated by an Authorized Representative of IntelliGenesis LLC. If my
Certification is revoked, I will immediately cease use of all designations and logos and no
longer present myself as certified under the program.
I hereby release, discharge, and exonerate IntelliGenesis LLC and its directors, officers,
members, examiners, representatives, and agents, from any actions, suits, obligations,
damages, claims or demands arising out of, or in connection with any aspect of the application
process including results or any other decision that may result in a decision to not issue me a
certificate. I further understand that the decision of IntelliGenesis LLC regarding my
Certification status is binding and agree to these terms and conditions as a prerequisite for
application or continued Certification.
