Impartiality
Adherence to Principles
IntelliGenesis adheres to principles of impartiality in all its dealings. IntelliGenesis shall act impartially toward all applicants, candidates and certificants. IntelliGenesis enforces its commitment to impartiality by continually monitoring processes to ensure impartiality. Any complaint for indication of partiality is taken seriously and acted upon to mitigate the perceived or reported cause of partiality. IntelliGenesis will not allow external commercial pressures or internal corporate pressures to compromise impartiality. Annually the Director of Certification shall submit a report to the Advisory Commission evaluating actual or perceived threats to impartiality and proposing ways to mitigate realized threats.
Issues to be addressed in the impartiality report include but are not limited to:
- Ownership
- Governance
- Management
- Shared Resources
- Marketing
- Sales Commissions
- Conflict of Interest
- IntelliGenesis Training
- Personal Bias
- Misplaced Trust
- Intimidation
- Financial Stability
Any proposed mitigations shall be acted upon by Certification staff within 30 days of submission of the impartiality report and verified by the Certification Director.
