Complaints Policy

We take all complaints seriously and view them as an opportunity to improve our services, policies, and procedures.

To initiate a complaint, you must download and complete the official Complaint Submission Form. Once completed, submit the form via e-mail to the Registrar at registrar@intellicademy.ai.

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will begin a formal review and evaluation process. Within two weeks, you will be notified as to whether your complaint meets the criteria for further action or if no additional steps are necessary at this time.

Should your complaint proceed, we will continue to keep you informed at key milestones throughout the process. This may include updates on investigative findings, any corrective measures being considered, and final resolution.

Please inform us immediately of any changes to your contact information to ensure uninterrupted communication.
